catrmonre According to Lochac standards, light armour is considered to be:

  • Sturdy boots which cover the ankle
  • Knee and elbow protection (skate pads suffice)
  • Groin guard
  • Kidney protection
  • Chest protection is strongly advised for women
  • Gorget
  • Heavy helm
  • Hand protection (thick gardening gloves, leather gloves etc.)
