Kittyhawk is a term used by some in the SCA for a winged cat, as in the arms of the Barony of Windmasters Hill. While blazoning, the term is used interchangably with "a winged cat."

The Kittyhawk is not so much an SCA-only heraldic charge as a local pun. The Barony of Windmasters Hill encompasses the area called Kittyhawk where the Wright Brothers made their famous first flight.
