Indulf was the son of Constantine II. He ruled Scotland from 954CE to 962, and was killed in battle with the Danes. He married, but history knows no more of his wife, nor of three of his sons, who died violently. A fourth son, Cuilean, was to take the Scots throne, after a cousin, Dubh, also died violently (something which history would blame on Cuilean).
