Makes about 40 fritters

Parboil Carrots, Parsnips and apples. Make a batter of flour, egg, ale, yeast, saffron and salt. Wet pieces in batter and fry them in oil.

Fritter of Parsnips and Apples

Makes about 40 fritters

Parboil Carrots, Parsnips and apples. Make a batter of flour, egg, ale, yeast, saffron and salt. Wet pieces in batter and fry them in oil.
