Fritters (recipe)

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 egg whites + enough milk to make 2/3 cup of liquid
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • dash of salt
  • oil
  • powdered sugar
  1. Beat together flour, egg whites, milk sugar and salt.
  2. Heat oil to 375F in a large frying pan.
  3. Drizzle the batter into the hot oil quickly. Cook each side for 30 seconds.
  4. Remove from oil and drain.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar.
