Enchanted Ground is a concept orginally proposed by Duke Cariadoc of the Bow in issue #63 of Tournaments Illuminated, and revisited in his Miscellany.
Essentially it is a camp at a camping event which attempts to be in-persona as much as possible. His Grace explains it more thoroughly in his own words, linked below.
There has been an Enchanted Ground encampment at Pennsic for twenty years or so, and there is also an enchanted ground encampment at the Rowany Festival in Lochac.
