The Duchy of Cashel is the subdivision of the Adrian Empire which covers all of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except the City of Richmond. Sir Karl von Lagerstein and Dame Patricia Sparr were the founding duke and duchess.

It was formerly called Dunvegan but a decision was made to rename the group after a large part of the membership moved away.

The Duchy is based largely in the Hampton Roads area, but has a canton named Westkeep in the Shenendoah Valley area. The Shire of Templemor was formerly a canton of Cashel.
