The Duchy of Cashel is the subdivision of the Adrian Empire which covers all of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except the City of Richmond.
It was formerly called Dunvegan but a decision was made to rename the group after a large part of the membership moved away.
The Duchy is based largely in the Hampton Roads area, but has a canton named Westkeep in the Shenendoah Valley area. The Shire of Templemor was formerly a canton of Cashel.
