Curye on Inglysch is a scholarly edition of English medieval cookery books, edited by Constance B. Hieatt and Sharon Butler. It contains several well known "cookbooks" including:
- Forme of Cury
- Diversa Ciberia
- Utilis Coquinario
- Diversa Servisa
- Goud kokery (although this is more of a catchall for recipes that don't fit into one of the more formal collections)
