Cunnan is running software that was written for the Wikipedia. If you are having trouble using the software you should leave a note on the Village pump or read through help pages.
If you are sure that you have found a bug in the software then you can mention it here and an admin will report it to the wikipedia developers if it is relevant (the Wikipedia and Cunnan may be running different versions of the software so unless you are sure of what you're doing its best not to report it yourself)
