Citadel of the Southern Pass is a Barony of the Kingdom of Outlands and made up of El Paso and Hudspeth counties of Texas.

History

The Citadel, as it is known to its residents, was orginally founded as part of the Principality of the Outlands in the Kingdom of Atenveldt and is the fourth oldest barony in the Outlands. It was initially lead by Sir Jochen von Balduinseck and Mistress Monika von Zell.
