Baronial Level Awards are, rather obviously, SCA awards given out at the Baronial level by Landed Barons and Baronessess.
Compare/contrast with:
Each individual Barony establishes their own awards, distinct from those of any other Barony. Many, but not all, follow the traditional SCA model of having three award tracks: martial, service and Arts and Sciences. Many also have special purpose local awards focussing on some activity that is particularly prominent in the area.
