1 cup
milk
or light
cream
3
egg
yolks beaten
2- 3 tbs
sugar
or
honey
pinch of
saffron
1 8" pie shell
Pre-heat oven to 325F.
Beat together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Pour the mixutre into your pre-baked pie shell.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
