Art, for most of period, was something that only the rich were involved in to any great extent. This is not unlike the restricted access to education in period.

Art itself is mostly aptly described as 3 bicycles, a toilet, and a metal flower in a wheel burrow, all cast in bronze - apparently 'form with no useful purpose' - for example a [spoon] can be deemed 'art' but is also a tool.
