Arguably, not in a strictly "medieval" one, but "-ist", IMHO, extends to meeting the needs of those who have "difficulty" functioning without coffee, but want to take it in an "-ist" manner, rather than bringing their St*rb*cks cups onto a site -- 2c worth Simoncursitor 18:47, 7 August 2008 (EST)

I'm not suggesting that people shouldn't drink coffe, or that coffee shouldn't be discussed here-- just that maybe a coffee "wine" recipe is getting a little too far from even the vaguely medievalish. Antonia Calvo 20:02, 7 August 2008 (EST)

I don't think there's any harm in keeping the article -- I know several recreationists who'd probably be interested in the recipe, if only for the reasons that Simoncursitor noted. Paul Matisz 17:14EDT 08/07/08
