Tansy

Aside from any culinary uses tansy may have, tansy has bright yellow flowers which are supposed to make a good yellow dyestuff. (see Dying)

This is a fantastic herb to grow is you want lots of coverage, as they will tend to grow everywhere (like a lot of herbs). Nice, fern-like leaves.
