Heavys and [[lights] have the same target areas.
from one inch above the [[knee] down and one inch from the wrist outwards over the hand - these are out of bounds.
ALL the rest of the body is a 'legal' target. Groin shots are seriously frowned upon and repeat offenders are harshly delt with.
