Laurel Sovereign of Arms

The Laurel Sovereign of Arms is the Principal Herald of the SCA College of Arms. The Laurel Sovereign of Arms is a Society Officer that is appointed by the Board of Directors and is the final arbitrator of Heraldic matters in the SCA.
