Archer (Historical)

An Archer uses a bow in combat. When used correctly, they can be devastating and there have been several battles that prove this fact very well.

Archer (SCA)

SCA archers have similar armour requirements to those of heavy combatants and are distinguished not only by the weapon that they are holding but by a clearly visible plume on their helmets.

The bows that they use have a maximum of 30 pounds at a 28 inch draw. Other light combatants use a variety of thrown weapons.
