Boil Chicken without the skins and chop into small pieces or grind. Mix in Almound Milk and thicken with Rice Flour and [[Amydoun]] and a bit of sugar. Fry in lard. to serve sprinkle with [[Blanche Powder]] with [[Mawmenee (recipe)|Mawmenee]]
