Adding wikis that do not exist encourage the creation of those wikis. There is a [[Special:Wantedpages]] special page that lists all wanted pages that don't yet exist. I skim these pages constantly and create pages that do not exist. A need expressed is a need more likely to be met. Examples: [[knead]], [[dough]], [[roast]], [[simmer]], [[boil]], [[ferment]] etc (all created by me coincidentally).
