I only just noticed that anglo-saxon embroidery was chosen as a Fibrearts topic. I did wonder at adding such a narrow category as fibrearts to the list. While the definition of fibrearts is somewhat vaugue, it is generally used by museum curators to define things that are not embroidery (in it's broadest definition which includes beading), handsewn lace or handsewing. I think the broader category will be better as a criteria to choose pages.
Problem is, I'm not sure what a better heading is. textiles? clothing? decorative crafts? fibrearts, embroidery and clothing? Maybe 'needlecraft and fibrearts' ?
We need a better word. Tiff
