The Seven Liberal Arts are grammar, rhetoric, logic, arithmetic, geometry, music, and astronomy.
The Trivium
Grammar, rhetoric and logic together make up the trivium. Trivium is Latin for three ways.
The Quadrivium
Arithmetic, geometry, music and astronomy together make up the quadrivium. Quadrivium is Latin for four ways.
