The modern recipe looks odd to me. Specifically, it looks like a cooking step is missing. "take ayrenn, water and butter an seethe" seethe means to simmer; am I missing something and/or would the original poster like to comment? AlexandreDavigne 03:30, 8 February 2007 (EST)
