There are a variety of medieval games which can be played outdoors (well technically many board games can be played while outdoors, but here are listed games which are difficult to play indoors). Here are some of the ones which appeal to adults as well as children.

Some games that were played by medieval children include:

  • blind man's bluff {hoodman's blind)
  • catching butterflies
  • cock fighting
  • cock throwing
  • spinning tops
