Are you one hundred percent sure about the raising of armour requirements on the battlefield? I may have been away from attending SCA events for a while, but I am on the major [[Lochac]] mailing lists and I haven't seen anything about that. Combat archery is such a major part of Lochac combat that I think there would be issues if all archers had to be armoured as heavies. 			Yes, at least for the SCA in the USA. I have heard that it is different down under. I had planned on making an expansion to the Combat Archery page with noting differences for each different Kingdoms, I'll make sure that I keep the [[Lochac]] rules in there.

			[[Combat Archery]] is a major part of my SCA life, the [[Household]] that I was a part of in [[Ansteorra]], [[House Arkham]], is very active in Ansteorran Archery. I know the current Society Deputy Marshal for Combat Archery pretty well. He is the one who taught the Ansteorra Combat Archery Marshal class that I took a couple of years ago.
