The event includes three nights of camping over the long weekend, [[armoured combat]], [[fencing]], [[archery]], [[thrown weapon]]s, and [[bard]]ic competitions.<br /> <br /> Ragnarok is the first camping event held in Ealdormere each year, and both popular and notorious because of it. The popularity is because many Ealdormerans have gone months since being able to camp with other [[SCAdian]]s. The notoriety stems from unreliable Canadian spring weather. All attendees are advised to bring their warmest [[garb]] and extra blankets, as well as rain gear and extra changes of clothes.
