In [[heraldry]] a '''garb''' is a wheatsheaf. It was a particularly common [[charge]] in period heraldry, but is used relatively infrequently in the [[SCA]].<br>
In [[England|English]] heraldry it has a particular place, as being the charge chosen by the '''Grosvenor''' family, when their claim to ''Azure, a bend or'' (otherwise the arms of '''Scrope''') was dismissed, and the king ordered them to change their arms altogether, rather than differencing them.
