== Ingredients ==
* 1 cup [[milk]] or light [[cream]]
* 3 [[egg]] yolks beaten
* 2- 3 tbs [[sugar]] or [[honey]]
* pinch of [[saffron]]
* 1 8" pie shell

== Mehtod ==
# Pre-heat oven to 325F.
# Beat together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
# Pour the mixutre into your pre-baked pie shell.
# Bake for 40-45 minutes.
