'''Vinegar''' is soured [[alcohol]]. Its name comes from the [[Old French]] ''vinaigre'', meaning ''sour wine'', but it can be applied to any alcohol. It is formed when acetic acid bacteria get into the alcohol and start to create acetic acid.<br />
