He was considered to be a genius, yet his parents gave him to the church as a child becuase he was so horribly crippled and was therefore no use for working in the fields. <br /> The College of Blessed Herman the Cripple (Adelaide University) is located in the Barony of Innilgard (Adelaide) and is THE FIRST college in Lochac and one of the first groups established in Lochac. Hence we have a very old and rich history. Beyween us and St Ursula, we win most of the InterCollege Wars, and we have hosted many of them. <br /> Often known as &quot;the Friendly College&quot;, our mascot is Fred, the Fire Breathing Goat of Doom.</div>
