Founded in January, [[A.S. XII]], the '''Kingdom of Meridies''' is the fifth oldest [[Kingdom]] in the [[Known World]]. Geographically it consists of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, most of Arkansas, Tennessee, almost all of Georgia, a bit of the panhandle of Florida, and small portions of both Kentucky and Virginia. Given its location, it should be no surprise that the name Meridies means "The South".

Meridies contains the [[Principality]] of [[Gleann Abhann]].
