The following is some boilerplate text that you can use to ask people if material they have produced can be included in Cunnan. If you need to deviate greatly from this then you should ask some other cunnan users to check your changes before sending it off.

Hello,
I'm writing to you to ask for your permission to include the information at *** in Cunnan, an online guide to the Middle Ages.

Cunnan is a cooperative project with the aim of producing a freely available guide to practical information relevant to re-enacters. The site operates under the "Wiki" concept where anyone (a registered user or not) can expand upon available information and articles. All material included in Cunnan is distributed under the GNU FDL license. This gives all users the right to copy, free of charge, and modify all our articles so long as they give the same rights to recipients of their editions.

If you are happy to have your material included in Cunnan then you are welcome to include a link to your site at http://www.sca.org.au/cunnan/wiki/Cunnan:Friends_of_Cunnan as well as on any relevant articles.

Cunnan's main page can be found at http://www.sca.org.au/cunnan/ and a copy of the license that Cunnan is released under is available at http://www.sca.org.au/cunnan/wiki/Cunnan:GNU_FDL.

Thank you, ****
